17.11.02 ( 17.11.02 ) Ally Mmmmmmmmmmm. Sean Bean on that M&S ad... 'Men bearing gifts'. So when do I get to unwrap YOU Sean! Anyway... Foo Fighters were absolutely amazing last night. So the sound good on CD, but by god, it's nothing to what they sound like live. The stage ws cool, a huge canvas with the words to the new album printed on it that covered where the Foos were to stand. Ao they launch int 'All My Life' and as the chorus comes in this canvas is dropped. It was brilliant! They played all my ol' faves, and the whole gig just blew me away (apart from the support band, Cave In, who were pretty dire). I so have to go see them again. And to boot, I got a lovely pink Foos t-shirt. It's cool, and it's pink, what more could I ask for, except maybe Dave Grohl, lol. Anyway, I kicked up a can of worms yesterday, just before we went to the gig, when I told Kirsty that Micky (my uncles adopted son) was coming over. Well, Kirsty flew off the handle, and I can't believe that everyone left it to me to tell Kirsty that he was going to be over here next week :s I was NOT happy about that. I mean, I wasn't sure about having him stay here anyway, even mum said lock up your valuables. I didn't even want him to be here on his own while I was out a work. Call me paranoid, but I don't know if I can trust him, and he does have a criminal record. Anyhoos, got three days in work this week (woohoo) and then D is gonna be here next weekend (bigger woohoo). So, I'll be going for now :) #
