This haughty woman demanding that she was 'not sent a standard letter by a faceless minion'! I mean, bitch! Me? A faceless minion... But in the owrds of this mad Chinese film I'm watching now 'Don't underestimate the strength of a faceless person'. Yay me, more power to me! #
