10.10.02 ( 10.10.02 ) Ally Aaaahhhhhhhh. Nice relaxing day off from work today. It's been nice, I can tell ya! Decided to tidy the house this morning, so I thought I'd put a Queen tape on to listen to while I was doing it. So what happens? The bloody tape machine decided I hadn't fed it enough and ate the tape. Noooooooooo! Luckily enough ASDA were selling a box set of Queen Vol 1-3 for £15. Good or what? Been looking at things to get our Kirsty for Christmas, seeing as I seemed to have been nominated the person who makes everyones Christmas lists up this year. How much fun? How am I supposed to know what everyone wants, lol. It seems to be going okay. I keep passing on little hints for everyone, and yet I don't know what I want. Typical! Found a little book that one of my buds gave me for my birthday a few years ago and it has a few little poems in it that I'd written, so I may put one or two of them up on me other blog. Some of them seem quite good, and that's coming from me who is completely critical of my own stuff. It's fair to say I have no confidence in what I write, so there you go. Ho hum, back to work tomorrow, but at least some things seem to be going well there, except I finally come to the realisation that I'm only ever going to be one of the drones there. No Queen Bee here folks, much to my own disappointment, lol. Ah well, I suppose I'm appreciated in other parts of life (I hope). #
