8.8.02 ( 8.8.02 ) Ally Woohoo!!!! What a great day Tuesday was. LotR fell through the front door :) Well, it hadn't arrived when I went to work, so I spent the day feeling really pissed off. I called mum just after I left work and asked her if there were any deliveries. There were. Woohoo!!! Then she told me that we were having a power cut and had been since dinner time. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Luckily enough it had been fixed minutes before I got home. *Phew* So I got to watch the film I had been painstakingly waiting to receive from Amazon for three months or so. I love that film. Only problem is that each time I see the scene of Frodo and Sam in the field and Sam is calling after Frodo and Frodo says "We're still in the Shire Sam, what could possibly happen?" I always think of "We're only drinking Dr Pepper Sam, what's the worst that could happen?" Ah well, still can't get enough of the film :) Got the next two days off work. Had today off too, but that was so Mamf and Sophie could stay over last night. I had told Mamf she had to come round and watch LotR when it got here. We had a nice night, watching that and Gossip, and then Sophie made us watch LotR again this morning cos she missed the beginning last night. God knows what I'm doing for the next two days, although I have an occupational therapist visiting the house tomorrow to talk about driving and getting an assessment for what type of car I'll be able to drive. So, ambitious or not, I'm hoping to be able to drive by then end of the year. That is if no more unexpected bills get posted to me :S Grrrrrr. It's nice to have Laydee K back. I was worried about you hon, but you know that. Nice to see you back with such a flourish. But I wouldn't have expected anything less ;) I just want to know your views on immaculate conception ;) :o And well cool on getting yourself a flat too :) #
