30.6.02 ( 30.6.02 ) Ally Well, interesting weekend. Went out with some folks from work on Friday night. It was a pretty cool night, one of my friends just handing me a tenner and telling me 'That's not a loan, now shut up and take it!' lol. We ended up in Labinskys, which, although the music was mostly crap, I had a lot of fun there. Oh, and the melty mudslide coctail was gorge! Tasted just like mint choc-chip ice cream. Yum! When I got home I ended up texting a certain Irish fella till 5 in the morning. And then I got up at 8.30! No fair! Went out with H, Rob, Mum and some folks from the triv club last night. Hahahaha, Tbob turned up, and it's the first time since *that* that he has spoken to me, lmfao! And mum was there too, and he couldn't believe it. It was nice to see the Lansley too. Haven't seen him in ages. Then a bunch of mates from work turned up... Mum was like 'How many people do you know?' lol. I know everyone! So, another good night, and another late one, due to talking to that same Irish fella till 6 this morning. I'm sure this isn't doing me any good! Anyways, found this while clearing out my hotmail account this morning, this is from 2001 when I was going through a bad bout of depression, but it makes me giggle when I read it :). Thought I'd end my post with it: Dothiepin, the wonder drug Yes, while this drug reconstructs and reorganises your failing mind, it has a field day playing with your bladder, bowels, eyes and speech! Wahey! The interesting conversations you could have with people stuttering and stammering, while you desperately wish you could go to the toilet for the dump you have needed for the last week that has hardened in your bowels, while fighting the pain of water retention as your bladder has ceased to work on condition of a sound mind. Oh, and not to forget, you *are* talking to a total stranger as you can't focus properly, and the sun is frying your skin so badly as you recently realised that, lo and behold, another side effect is that it is rapidly turning you into a vampire! Okay, sorry, feeling a bit dazed by lack of sleep and the side effects listings made me giggle and caused delerium of a sort lesser known in the realm of depression... And that's that... #
