16.7.02 ( 16.7.02 ) Ally Well, these thirteen hour shifts aren't going as planned, but what the hey? Complaints rule! I've been put on the complaints thing at work, and some of them have had me in stitches. All me and my bud Steve have to do now is convince the management of our procedural protocols for dealing with them, and to make them designate a team for it. There are thousands of them! Complaints that is. But it's all good fun :D Had a nasty fall in work today too. How stupid did I feel, crumbling to the floor in the middle of the office. Not fun, I can tell you. But c'est la vie, as the saying goes.... Dust myself off and all that. Hmph. #
